Founders of i’m real, grew up with ice cream… just not in the same way as most of us. Their grandfather moved from Italy to England in the 1960s and built a local, family-run ice cream business. Visiting ice cream parlours in southern Italy and tasting nothing but simple local fresh ingredients, they wanted to capture this and make it accessible for everyone. So now you can experience how real ice cream tastes. Made to the traditional Italian gelato recipe, with a higher proportion of milk, a lower proportion of cream and churned at a slower rate.
