The Jamy Cow Bakery’s ethos comes from a desire to produce treats which are made with natural and unprocessed ingredients. Our cake and baked recipes contain lower sugar and use unrefined and natural sweeteners where possible such as honey, dates and coconut sugar. They contain healthier fats, healthier flours with nutritional boosts such as oat, almond and rice flour and use eggs from free range local hens. Jammy Cow uses seasonal goods and where possible sources organic ingredients.
