Growing up in the UK in an Indian family I built up my passion for cooking beautiful curries and enjoying them with family and friends.
During my time living in Sydney I really developed my love for cooking especially curries with a strong focus on the balance of nutrition, taste and flavour. Well being comes more naturally when living by the beach!
Here, I started the mistrykitchen adventure selling wholesome curries to the busy Sydneysiders. A combination of raising money for charities and school events led me to bringing the mistrykitchen dream alive.
Now back in the UK living in the Midlands I want to bring some of that Sydney sunshine and colour into the gorgeous food that will leave a smile on the locals.
My ethos has always been to do it right with the business – take quality ingredients, prep and cook everything homemade, make it nutritious but flavourful and importantly, be conscious of the cost to the customer.
