Pasture Fed, Aged Lamb Leg Steak
Thin and flavoursome quick cook slices from the leg with just a little ring of delicate, delicious marrowbone to give an extra dimension of flavour and moistness. Beautiful and tender cut of lamb, can be cooked on the BBQ, grilled or oven baked. Some garlic, rosemary and olive oil are all that are needed.
