Hot Smoked Brisket
100% pasture fed, hot smoked beef brisket. From Waterloo Cottage Farm's regenerative agriculture fold of Highland cattle. Working to organic principles. The brisket is marinated in a rub for 48 hours. Smoked for 12 hours and then slow cooked in a very low oven for another 12 hours. Not a rush job!!!!! The brisket comes cooked, pulled and frozen in a vacuum bag. Once defrosted place bag in a bowl of warm to hot water to heat through. Open bag and serve. Can be served in a roll, on a bed of salad. Great with coleslaw, kimche, saurkraut, natural yoghurt, chilli oil, lime juice. INFACT, too many things to mention. The meat is rich and the 500gm portion will feed 4-5 people
