The classic roasting joint; boned and rolled for easy cooking and carving. Can be lean so try it with some extra fat to prevent drying out when roasting, or braise the joint. Antibiotic free meat. Very affordable. We can also sous vide cook this for you. Choose from medium or rare. The joint will come in a vacuum bag with the juices from cooking. This can be warmed in a bowl of hot water prior to serving. Ask for details if you are unsure of how to do this.
