Beef and lamb are 100% pasture fed by Waterloo Cottage FArm Chicken is completely free range and from Fossemeadows Farm or Pastures Poultry Farm. Pork is all truly free range and either grown at Waterloo Cottage Farm or Redhill Farm Free Range Pork (Supreme Champion, Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards).
