Just as moreish as traditional Millionaires Shortcake, this has a crisp shortbread base, a gooey date toffee and is topped with dark chocolate. Sold in generous individual squares. Dates are high in fibre and anti-oxidant’s, minerals and vitamins. Our recipe is made with considerably less sugar than a standard millionaire shortcake recipes.
